Graphcool stuck when deploying

I was trying to follow the Quickstart doc from the graphcool documentation Im literally stuck when deploying it.
It just get stuck, like if it were loading something but it doesnt do anything else:

? Please choose the cluster you want to deploy to

shared-eu-west-1

it is all it says :cry:

Then I tried to deploy it locally, it says:

You chose the cluster local, but don’t have docker initialized, yet.
Please run $ graphcool local up to get a local Graphcool cluster.

So I ran that command and then:

Running local Graphcool cluster at http://localhost:60000
Running local FaaS runtime at http://localhost:60050
This may take several minutes
$ docker-compose up -d --remove-orphans
